Driving up the driveway there is a carport with ample parking for several cars. From here you take the stairs up to the house. You enter via the garden where there is a spacious terrace with another breathtaking view. It doesn’t matter if you are in the garden or in the house, the views are stunning from every angle.
You walk in through a beautiful wooden door. On your left there is a spacious living room with a working fire place. There are glass doors that lead out to the covered terrace and which lets you enjoy the sea view. You can watch the sun setting in the water from the comfort of your own couch.
From the living room you can enter the kitchen where you are once again hit by the view. From here you can see all the way to La Ciotat. The kitchen is well equipped and has access to a storage room / laundry room.
On the other side of the house there is a WC, a dressing, a beautiful tiled bathroom with a bathtub, a shower and two basins. There is a spacious bedroom that overlooks the sea and the vineyards.
On the first floor there is an additional bathroom with toilet, a bedroom and a room with a kitchenette. The latter can be used as a bedroom or a living room. There is also a spacious attic and a second terrace with an amazing view. The first floor is accessible via the stairs but also has its private entrance and can be closed off from the ground floor and can therefor be used as an independent apartment. It even comes with its very own terrace.
At the back of the house there is a wine cellar that is located between the walls of the house and the rocks on which it is built.
The villa is located between the lively coastal towns of Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer and Bandol. They offer the best of both worlds with their beaches, the blue sea and the easy access to the Provencal hinterland with its green hills, vineyards and quaint little towns. The market of one of the neighbouring towns of Sanary-sur-Mer has recently been voted the best market in France. Bandol is famous for its rosé and the medieval town of Le Castellet is every history lover’s paradise. There are plenty of commerces, restaurants and quaint little ports to enjoy the seaside. But also for lovers of peace and nature this area is a true paradise. From the villa you can even walk to a nearby calanque at Port d’Alon and enjoy a day in the sun and the water.
