Full Property Description

This villa is considered the jewel of the neighbourhood, a spacious, architect designed home with high ceilings and elegant staircase with light well. Original "cave à vin".

Beautiful kitchen, with the sink and counter tops made from the famous pink marble of Caune Minervois. A Lacanche cooker completes this dream of a kitchen. The living room and dining room as well as the lounge seem to flow one into the other, with large double doors opening up to the south-facing terrace and the pool.

A covered terrace with a barbecue corner is ideally situated for dining al fresco with friends and family whilst enjoying the breathtaking views of the country side.

Here there are three bedrooms.
The master bedroom with its large dressing room and en-suite bathroom benefits of a large terrace with views of the village and the distant Pyrenees mountains.

This can be your perfect place in the south of France, where you can enjoy your Mediterranean garden with its variety of colors, take a dip in the salt water pool and soak in the sun from one of your four terraces.

Carcassonne airport 10 minutes away.
It is a pleasant drive passing through villages and vineyards on the way to Aragon. Once upon a time, it was a fortified medieval village and you can still see remnants of its walls and Chateau. The village today has approximately 500 residents, none of which enjoy a more desirable situation than the residents of "Les Capitelles-Sud".

With over 300 days of sunshine, 241 kilometers of coastline, with three major mountain ranges and nine ski resorts it is no wonder that the Languedoc-Roussillon is the up-and- coming jewel in the south of France. Besides the international airports of Nimes and Toulouse, Montpellier offers many connecting flights to international destinations. Carcassonne, Beziers, and Perpignan airports offer low-cost Ryan Air flights year round. Paris is about five hours by TGV and if you prefer to travel by car the motor ways are very good serving the region and linking the Languedoc-Roussillon to Spain.
