Originally built at the end of the 15th Century on the old Château foundations by Guy de Chastaigner, baron of Lindois. This important and powerful character belonged to an old noble and chivalrous family and became chamber master of two French kings: Louis XI and Charles VIII. Restored to a very high standard this property has been renovated internally and externally keeping the original features of exposed beams, pierre apparent walls and hand cut oak floorboards.
