Les Deux Alpes is a lively family friendly resort which opens for 8 months of the year. In the winter the main activities are snow-sports and in the summer snow-sports and mountain biking. Les Deux Alpes is home to the largest skiable glacier in Europe and opens in the summer from mid June until the end of August. The French and Italian national ski team come to train on the glacier during this period. There are many well developed mountain bike trails which attract enthusiasts from all over the world as well as some major competitions like the ‘Mountain of Hell’ 

There is much development currently taking place in the resort in preparation for the forthcoming cable car link to Alpe d’Huez scheduled to be completed in 2022. This will result in the area becoming the second largest linked ski area in the world and will include the world famous off-piste ski area of La Grave. Alongside this major project there is ongoing investment in many new ski lifts in the resort itself. For investors there has never been a better time than present.
