Full Property Description

The Château produces 3 different categories of wine: basic (which hasn't aged in oak barrels), medium (wine aged in oak barrels) and superior (controlled production, green harvesting, long fermentation, manual punching, aged in new oak barrels (18 months)). 

Grape varieties : 10% Merlot, 5% Tannat and 85% Malbec. Age: average of 30 years Currently the property produces +/- 15.000 bottles per year, all sold at the property itself. This is approximately 1/3 of the production, the rest is sold in bulk. 

There is potential to increase the production to 120.000 bottles per year. 

Charming stone house, with living accommodation on the first floor (living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, WC and small store room). 

Wine storage, reception area and office on the ground floor. Separate sanitary block for visitors and clients.
