Orange, a tourist attraction in Provence, with Roman monuments and located at a point from which there are many beautiful excursions through the fabulously beautiful region. Ardeche, Gard, Vaucluse and Drôme are very close by. Orange is easily accessible by car or train. A famous opera festival takes place annually in the old Roman theatre, the Chorégies d'Orange. There are also many other events in the city, which has all amenities: hospitals, shops, restaurants, etc.

These 2 attached properties, with absolute privacy for the owners when the second property would be used for tourist rental, have a distinguished and stylish appearance. They were built around 1850. The park surrounding these properties is shady and features a tennis court. There are swimming pools near the houses, one for each property. There is also a ca. 100m2 separate building where events such as seminars, parties and the like can take place. There is also a caretaker's house.
