If, having spoken with our team, we still don’t have a suitable property then you can give us a mandat de recherche.
This costs you nothing and allows us to scour the local market on your behalf – including properties listed for sale privately or with other
agencies.
We search to a tightly honed criteria, the better the brief the more chance of success.
Buyers are protected by the same French real estate laws (Hoquet and Alur) and fees are always outlined in writing before the search begins,
they are also only payable if the search is successful, and the Notarial deeds are signed.
