Hidden at the end of a long tree lined avenue, the gated entrance opens to show the true beauty of this Italian designed listed villa with its impressive lawned enclosed courtyard.
Surrounding the courtyard are the main Chateau to the front and the Chambers D’Hotes, stables, offices, wine production facilities (Ceased) which included a tasting area and office on one side ...to the other side a 2-bedroom cottage, a kitchen area for the breakfast clients and a huge amount of undeveloped property on 2 levels as well as garages.
The number of out buildings is extensive providing the next guardian plenty of scope for any business ventures, hobbies or collections.
Beyond the buildings you will discover extensive gardens, forests, fields, a small lake, streams and the old pigeoneer dated 1787, where you can truly lose yourself within the natural habitat that the environment offers.
There are 2 additional treelined avenues of chestnut and plantain.
The main building consists of entrance hall with the main lounge to the left , a day lounge, large dining room, kitchen, cave entrance then to the right of the entrance you have an office, library, spare room and double aspect bedroom.
