PRIVATE QUARTERS:
The exquisite living room area has been carefully restored while keeping period pieces such as the marble fireplace and extraordinary herringbone parquet floors.

The kitchen (20m2) is perfect for any home chef and features all the amenities including French doors leading to both the living room and dining room.

Ascending the gorgeous spiral staircase to the second floor there you’ll find an open office area (15m2) decorated with beautiful, rustic wooden beams as well as a spacious bedroom and a private bathroom featuring his and her sinks.

MAISON D'HOTES :
The first floor of the guest area of the house is made up of a spacious and elegant dining room featuring terracotta tiles and a beautiful marble fireplace. This area is large enough to comfortably host 20 or more guests.

Additionally on this floor you’ll find 2 charming bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms and a shared sitting room perfect for guests to relax and unwind.

Ascending to the second floor of the guest area, you’ll find a double suite with a its own living room and a large bathroom.

There are 2 more bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and another shared sitting area.

Also, on this floor you’ll find a large laundry room to organize all of the linen and other essentials.

On the ground level of the property, there is the possibility of creating another gîte or studio apartment for guests. There is already a bedroom with a separate bathroom and a kitchen area. This level also has an independent entrance for guests, a kitchen/dining room, a boiler room and a number of rooms to be converted.

POOL:
The swimming pool measures 14mX6.5 and has a retractable cover which was recently replaced. There is also a pool house with a WC and a shower.



ORANGERY:
This Orangery is from the 19th century and is in need of repair, but it would be a fantastic opportunity for anyone interested in creating an outdoor reception hall for weddings.

CHAPEL:

On the edge of the estate about 50 meters from the main house, you’ll find this comfortable and welcoming stone gîte made up of 3 floors. On the main floor there an open plan living room/kitchen featuring a wood burning stove, air conditioning, and much more. The first floor has a large bedroom with 2 single beds and a gorgeous view of the vineyards of the Minervois. There is a bathroom with a warm and cozy atmosphere. The third floor also has a large bedroom with a king size bed and an armoire. The entire house is approximately 75m2 (25m2 per floor). The gîte rents for 200€ per night.
