The guest house comprises a living room/kitchen, shower room and bedroom on the first floor. On the first level, there's a large living room with fireplace, a bedroom, a shower room and finally a mezzanine and an attic room used as a bedroom.
The grand salon is spectacular, with its cathedral ceiling, large table and carved fireplace. It's the centerpiece of this house, which has plenty to offer. The living room-kitchen on the garden level will also be a privileged living space. The bedrooms are also very pleasant in this house, especially the bedroom on the 1st floor with its balcony and mountain view.

Until now, it has been used mainly as a popular vacation rental, with a very good level of bookings; and bringing in a significant income.

Water is collected from one of the springs and used to supply both the houses and the pool. The 10x5 m swimming pool is heated by a solar system, so you can enjoy it for a long time of the year at no extra cost.
The main house is heated by a modern, remote-controlled gas boiler. The guest house is heated mainly by electricity, complementing the two fireplaces.

Situated in one of the most beautiful valleys in the Ariège, the main tourist sites and ski resorts are close by, as are the shops and main services.
